Team owners and admins can control how the team works from the Team settings. Click the gear icon and select **Settings**, then open the **Team** tab.

## Team settings you can change

- **Team name and photo** for your workspace.
- **Automatically share new notes** with the owner, with admins, or with everyone on the team, and whether they can edit or only view.
- **Allow mentions in notes**, and whether a mention gives no access, view access, or edit access.
- **Require two-factor authentication** for everyone on the team.
- **Allow sharing outside the team** with public links and external collaborators.
- **Allow members to download content** and export their notes.
- **Allow automatic backups for members**.
