How to change the notes list view

You can choose how much of each note appears in your notes list, from a compact list of titles to a preview with several lines of content.

Choosing a preview style

Click the gear icon and select Settings, then open the Appearance tab. Under Notes Preview, choose one of the following:

• Condensed view shows the note title and tags only.
• Default view shows the title, one line of content, tags, and images.
• Expanded view shows the title, two lines of content, tags, and images.

Turn on Apply to all devices to use the same preview everywhere, or leave it off to set it for just this device. You can also toggle Show thumbnail images to show or hide image thumbnails in the list.
