Recollect offers a Free plan and paid plans with room for more notes and, on the Team plan, a shared workspace. Billing is managed by the account owner.

## Viewing your plan

Click the gear icon and select **Settings**, then open the **Billing** tab to see your current plan and note usage. The **Free** plan is full-featured and limited to 50 notes. **Premium** raises your limit to 10,000 notes, and **Team** adds a shared workspace with multiple seats and a shared note pool.

## Upgrading or managing your plan

From the **Billing** tab, click **Subscribe to Premium**, **Start a Team**, or **Upgrade to Team** and complete checkout. To update your payment details, change plans, or cancel, click **Manage Plan**. For current pricing, see the [pricing page](https://recollect.fyi/pricing/).
